Model Specifications:
This 3 stall engine house was built to fit in the Sonoma Mountain RR's Sausalito yard where track had already been laid. There were many modifications made and many obstacles along the way for this build.
The footprint had to be modified to fit the space. Nearly everything had to be modified from the original instructions.
The windows took forever to build. The muntins were smaller than Jefferson's head on a nickle. But, the roof was the most frustrating. Three attempts the material warped. The 4th and final, I cut the roof out of an old VCR metal cover.
